Carlyn Madden helps nonprofits find new
leaders. She is the CEO of Good Insight, a national executive
search firm and governance consultancy that focuses on small
nonprofits. Good Insight is committed to becoming an anti-racist
search firm and she is a sought-after speaker and adviser on the
nonprofit workforce’s generational and demographic shifts. She
comes to this work through philanthropy, beginning her career at
The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation, where she managed a
portfolio of grants that spanned education, the arts, human
services, and the environment.
